Service Description
This 5-session coaching package is for anyone ready to make meaningful changes, navigate life transitions, or break free from patterns that are keeping them stuck. Each session is a safe, supportive space where we’ll focus on what’s coming up for you, explore what’s getting in the way, and map out doable steps that move you forward. You’ll receive: -Five 60-minute private sessions (via Zoom) -Personalized support between sessions via email. -Gentle accountability, honest reflection, and simple tools to support your growth Coaching isn’t about fixing you—it’s about helping you reconnect with your clarity, confidence, and direction.
Cancellation Policy
Coaching is a commitment—to yourself, your growth, and the process. Because space is intentionally held for each client and session prep is customized, I’ve created the following policy to honor both your time and mine: Refunds: A full refund is available within 7 days of purchase, as long as no sessions have been used. After 7 days or once your first session has been completed, no refunds will be issued. If an emergency arises, please reach out—I’m happy to discuss fair solutions on a case-by-case basis. Cancellations & Rescheduling: -You may reschedule individual sessions with 24+ hours’ notice without penalty. -Cancellations made within 24 hours of a scheduled session will count as a used session. -All 5 sessions must be used within 12 weeks of the first session, unless otherwise agreed upon. By booking this package, you agree to the terms above and commit to showing up fully for the coaching process.
